Deposit

A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to reserve an appointment for all clients. The deposit will go towards the appointment.

Payments

Payments are accepted via Cash, Cash App, or Zell.

Late Cancellation

In the event you need to cancel your appointment, a 24-hour notice of cancellation is required prior to your appointment via phone call or text. Appointments that are canceled less than 24 hours prior will result in a fee of 50% of service charged on your card.

No Shows

No-shows will result in an automatic fee which is 100% of the scheduled service.

Do I need to shampoo my hair prior to my appointment?

Yes, please arrive with your washed and dried. Shampoo services are available upon request prior to the appointment.

Do you provide the hair for services?

Hair is not included in any service. 100% human hair bundles are available for purchase via the website.

Refunds

No, at Simply Perfection Hair, there is a no refund policy unless the service was a mistake made by the stylist.

Adjustments to the style can be made within 2 days of the original appointment at no additional charge.

Right to refuse services

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
